Client’s requirement was to have a co-existing Pega application, where the current application will continue in Pega 6.3 and a Pilot Release needs to be rolled out on Pega 7.2 to avoid any risk.


EvonSys helped the client achieve this with the decade old knowledge and expertise on Pega Applications and the data structure. We upgraded the client to “Customer Service” and “Payment Investigation”. The project had 35,000 rules, five strategic frameworks and the application was used globally across North America and EMEA.

Our expertise ensured efficient time-to-market, seamless integration within the client’s environment, functional performance, and readiness for upcoming releases while mitigating risk. We employed best practices and custom-developed tools to guide the client cost-effectively through the upgrade process by our solution – ESGrade.

The entire project took 9 months to complete.
